AFTER-SALES SERVICE GUARANTEE

MICO regards”service comes first “as rules for enterprise to better meet customers requirement. We offer door to door service, our service is characterized on the speciality of the cleaning industry and customers demand, providing a rapidly comprehensive solution of door to door service and maintenance as following.

The warranty period is 12 months

Begin from receiving the goods,the guarantee is for 12 months_(without consumable parts).In the period,if any quality problem ,we will in charge of the maintenance and replacement , all the costs are bear on our side.

On-site maintenance

According to the requirement and mutual negotiation, we can arrange an after-sales engineer periodically to conduct maintenance on the equipment.

Three-guarantee service

For country regulation on guarantee on free maintenance, replacement and returning or exchange of the goods in the period of time, we are committed to obey national rules, providing delivery, installment and adjustment service with free. The machine can meet country related standard and regulation.

7x24 hours service

We committed to taking action in two hours after receiving the repairing notes. We can tackle the minor failure issue in 24 hours, it would be 72 hours for the major failure issues. Both parties will have friendly negotiations if in any special condition.

Warranty policy

All products should be guaranteed and upkeep for life, we will provide the accessories parts at cost to those broken parts caused by improper operation and exceed the expired date.

Operation training

We will provide training to the customers who is the first time to use the products freely, which include the regular operation of the equipment and the machine upkeep and maintenance. If user has resigned, we can offer the training for new user again to make sure to operate the machine regularly.
